"As a Manager for Chronic Disease Management in SE AB I have had the privilege, on a number of occasions, to host presentations communicating the results presented in the ADSS to our staff, physicians, & former board members. These presentations brought significant attention to the evidence that we were above the provincial average for both the incidence & prevalence of diabetes in our communities, specifically in one rural town. As a result we were able to re-distribute resources & mobilize a health care team to provide diabetes services to this rural site."
